Here are some different ads that show Twins as being their own person.
You don’t need to say much about this commercial. It’s quite frankly a cringey commercial during the height of fame for the Sprouse Twins involving the infamous Danimals monkey. You can even see them cringe during the commercial.
As many older Gen Z, we grew up watching the Sprouse twins. Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Suite Life on Deck, and tons of weird movies involving them. During this time, you would always see this danimal commercial promising to hang out with the twins.. Dylan & Cole Sprouse are technically identical twins, but they were always their own person. They always had their hair a little different and they always were doing their own things when they weren’t filming together. These were one of the most famous twins of our generation, but they were their own person. People (including myself) thought they might even be fraternal, but no.

This was an interesting find for sure. Deep down in Youtube, here's this year's political campaign ad for the Iowa senate. It shows identical twins, Maria and Theresa sitting side by side. They both have their hair the same way, but you can tell their style is a little different. They’re wearing different lipstick colors, different necklaces, their shirts are the same, but they’re different shades. The ad does a bit of wordplay for twins. Theresa explains she might be a twin, but she’s her own person and strives to be different from the other politicians. It’s a light and simple ad that gets the job done and shows that the twins are their own persons. Sadly though she did not make senate, but let's not focus on that.
